This coaching engagement will focus on gaining clarity around meaningful career and life paths and support you in taking action towards the next big step.
The coaching engagement includes:
- Intake reflection exercises and a 90-minute discovery session to set initial goals for coaching
- Ten 50-minute coaching sessions via phone or zoom
- Self-Discovery exercises to unearth and clarify values, priorities and "what matters"
- Timely support and "check-ins" via text as insights come.
- Customized resources and/or activities designed to meet specific needs identified in our coaching sessions
- Accountability to taking action toward the career and life you want
- Progress review session to review progress and determine next steps
