Katie Gage - Founder & Lead Coach |
My Coaching PhilosophyI am a people lover by nature, which has led me to this career in coaching, facilitation and community building. As a coach, I fundamentally believe everyone has the power to achieve amazing results with the right knowledge, support, and willingness to evolve.
I've lived through toxic work environments, took on the maddening task of attempting to fulfill the ever-changing whims of bad managers and bosses. I've seen leaders and organizations with beautiful missions and intentions, crumble under bad leadership practices. I've seen people with amazing skills so stunted by self-doubt they never take action. I'm willing to bet I'm not alone in this. I truly believe it doesn't have to be this way. Our world needs ethical leaders who lead with confidence, purpose and integrity. We've all seen the power of leaders who are self-aware and truly aligned. I'm on a mission to help my clients become the great leaders they know they were born to be! |
