We work with organizations to deliver customized programs focused on mindful and effective leadership.
Some examples of programs we deliver include:
Leading with Values and Understanding Strengths
We believe the most effective way to lead is from within. The Personal Compass Program activates leadership capacity by enabling your team to unearth their unique sense of purpose, identitfy their natural strengths and articulate the core values that underly their beliefs, actions and working styles. Leaders that understand their strengths and values are more likely to lead confidently, with a sense of purpose and self awareness, connect more deeply with their daily work, grow into their leadership potential and contribute more vibrantly on their teams and client projects. |
Mastering the Art of Advocating for Yourself
Whether you are looking to learn a new skill, take on new responsibilities, or advance in your leadership, mastering the art of advocating for yourself is one of the most important skills you can learn for career advancement and personal and professional fulfillment. Managers want their reports to know what they want and communicate that effectively. This program shares actionable insights on how to identify what you want, explore possibilities for getting it, do the prep work required to make it happen and then take action! They gain tools for preparing for and navigating conversations with colleagues and superiors to get the most positive outcomes and guidance in planning their next big steps. |
Effectively Giving and Receiving Feedback
Giving and receiving timely feedback allows team members to thrive in individual their roles and to work most productively as a team. Counter intuitively, we often avoid it for fear of hurting feelings, wait for a formal review process when it becomes less timely or helpful, or even just overlook it or let it slide. Sometimes we don't take the time to deliver it properly and it has the opposite of its desired effect. Often critical information never gets delivered at all. This interactive workshop engages teams in strategies for effectively giving and receiving feedback and active listening, providing tools to give and receive feedback consistently and often. Participants will learn how to reframe timely feedback as a vital element of positive team communication and a pathway to growth opportunities. Participants will gain the tools they need to start practicing right away. |
Accountability starts with you.
Do meetings consistently start 5 minutes late? Do project timelines get pushed back? Do commitments fall by the wayside when a new project comes in? Wouldn't it be great if everyone did what they said and said what they did? This interactive workshop is designed to help participants exercise greater accountability with their colleagues, clients, and most importantly, themselves. Participants will explore the importance of honoring our commitments, explore areas to improve accountability and the communication around it, how to make fewer commitments to create more time and space, and how to begin to exercise greater integrity in all aspects of life. |
